Patience and Tact. This was my boss' "take-away" for me before I move to Finance. I didn't go like... "Whhaatt? Patience & Tact?" --- Because I think he's right. I do need to get some work done in these areas. I told my new (matrix) boss about this "take-away" & I'm not sure now if that was a good idea because he then vowed to test the limits of my "Patience & Tact". Heck, its just what I need... somebody who's gonna drive me nuts... Ain't that fun?
